This award is presented to builders with the highest scores in their region on the New Home Move-In Experience Survey, taken from customers during the purchasing experience through the first 90 days of ownership.

Other Rausch Coleman divisions - Birmingham, Houston, Jonesboro, Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas, and Tulsa - were awarded the Avid Benchmark Award as well! The Avid Benchmark Award recognizes builders scoring among the top 25% of Avid’s nationwide databases on the New Home Move-In Experience Survey.
